Without a shadow of a doubt, Duncan Self Drive are the best van hire in Wiltshire.
I had looked at a few others (you know the names) but fortunately found Duncan. Not only did they have the best price which includes the Vat and the CDW (others charged extra), the van was spotless, in almost new condition and drove perfectly.
The icing on the cake was when chatting, I mentioned that I was going to pick up a motorbike and Nick kindly said, take one of our aluminium ramps and a special front wheel chock at no extra cost. This was completely unexpected, but I can now say, without that, I would have been stumped on how to secure the bike effectively in the back.
I cannot fault this at all and can only recommend them to everyone, whenever I need a hire, I know exactly where to go, no question.
Don't bother going to anyone else, just go to Duncan Self Drive, you won't regret it at all.

A great service with realistic pricing. From the initial telephone enquiry through to hand back of the vehicle everything was managed brilliantly. Note there are a number of ID processes to pass first but this is understandable considering recent high profile events involving hire vehicles. Once you are on the system I have been told this process is not required again. I hired a 9 Seat vehicle that was nearly new and in perfect condition. Being modern it was very economical and well appointed. If the need arises I will certainly use Duncan Self Drive Hire again.

The van was terrific, the price was low, but the main thing is to say is that the customer service is the best I have ever encountered from anyone. On the first day of hiring we got a flat tyre, and a member of Duncans staff drove for two hours to get to us and change it. Then, when we were unable to get the van back on time, they were as accommodating as possible. I've used van hire companies in the past, and always felt that I was trying to meet their expectations. I felt throughout that, instead, Duncans was trying to meet mine. An outstanding company, highly recommended!

I was looking to hire a van to move some bulky things, Duncans not only offered a great price, but they provided a sack barrow with the Luton too. They were also able to provide blankets and ties to secure the furniture which were really useful. I was also able to leave my car in their secure compound for the two-day hire which was great. So many times you hire and there is nowhere secure to leave your own vehicle.  Will definitely recommend.
