Vehicle rental in Swindon, Wiltshire
All vehicles are rented with the following conditions :
- All payments should be made by credit or debit card.
- Driving license (both parts if new style) and supporting documents are required when you collect the vehicle.
- All vehicles commence the hire period with a full tank of fuel and you are required to return it with the tank full and present a corresponding fuel receipt.
- All vehicles are presented in clean condition. A charge may be applied if cleaning is required on its return.
- The rental charge always includes VAT and insurance. However the hirer is responsible for the first £500.00 cost of any accident damage. This can be reduced to £100.00 by the purchase of an insurance waver of £9.85 for up to three days hire
- If the hirer does not wish to purchase the insurance waver, a £250.00 deposit will be required. This will be fully refunded on return of the undamaged vehicle.
All drivers must provide the following documents:

Current driving licence (Plastic card and paper document if new type)
Drivers must be between 23 and 70 years of age and will have held the licence for at least one year.
If you are unable to provide both parts of your driving licence, we will have to call DVLA to confirm your details and driving history. If we have to do this a £3.00 charge will be levied. -
Two forms of ID
Such as: utility bill, bank statement or similar (not more than three months old), passport
The address on your ID must correspond with your driving licence. -
Payment:
Only credit or debit cards (not American Express) can be accepted as payment.
If you don’t accept the collision damage waiver, you will need to bring £250.00 cash deposit. This will be given back to you on the return of the refuelled and undamaged vehicle.
